Dental Patient Information - Idaho Falls, ID
What You Should Know for a Successful Visit
At Oxford Dental Care of Idaho Falls, we don’t just want you to tolerate your dental visits, we want you to come to enjoy them! In addition to creating a positive, warm atmosphere, our team strives to be completely transparent so that you know exactly what to expect. With this in mind, take a few minutes to read the following information. It will help you be better prepared for your visit and make your experience with us that much smoother.
Your First Dental Visit
If you are coming to our dental office for the first time, we ask that you arrive a few minutes early so that you can fill out our new patient paperwork. Or simply download and fill them out prior to your visit. When we call you back, we’ll give you a tour and introduce you to our team members. Then, we’ll take X-rays of your teeth and perform a dental cleaning. After that, Dr. Cline will come and get to know you better before examining your mouth. If necessary, we’ll schedule additional treatment and go over financing options.
Dental Insurance Welcome
If you have dental insurance benefits through your job, we have excellent news for you and your family! We gladly work with your plan to make your dental care much more affordable. Plus, our team always looks for ways that we can save you as much as possible, maximizing your coverage wherever we can. We proudly accept the following dental insurance plans:
- Delta Dental
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- And many more!
Ask our friendly team if we take your plan.
CareCredit Financing Available
Some procedures are only partially covered by dental insurance while others are not covered at all, which can leave you responsible for high out-of-pocket expenses. Instead of paying the entire sum at once and giving yourself unnecessary stress, you can divide the cost into smaller, more practical monthly payments that fit into your budget. We can help you apply for low-interest financing through CareCredit right here in our dental office, or you can apply online.
In-House Dental Plan
Don’t have dental insurance? It is estimated that about half of the population has no dental coverage, but that doesn’t mean you have to worry about paying full price for dental care! We have an in-house dental plan that can give you comparable coverage for you and your family at an affordable rate. As an added bonus, with our in-house plan, you won’t have the headaches that usually come with traditional insurance like waiting periods, yearly maximums, claims paperwork, and more.
